Foundations of Seasonal Living

A practical and philosophical overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 5 elements. This 6-week programme includes step by step guidelines of how to consider whether each of the elements is balanced in relation to your own wellbeing - mind, body, spirit. You’ll also learn simple activities and lifestyle practices that can be easily implemented for each element.

 

Empowering Seasonal Living

A deeper dive into the wisdom, gifts, emotions, strengths, challenges and virtues of each of the elements. This 6-month course includes instruction in how to use food, essential oils, ear seeds, yoga, qi gong, meditation, acupressure points, and more to formulate treatments that target specific issues, concerns, complaints for yourself and others.

Restorative and Reactivating Yoga Resource Library

Designed for beginner to intermediate level participants, these videos can be followed as one-off activities or combined into unique daily routines. Access over 50 demonstration and instruction videos on Oki Do Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation exercises and activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Experience a combination of yoga, physical exercise, and mindful movement to help you learn a gentle and sustainable routine to strengthen and care for your back. This FREE course is designed to promote mobility, strength and integral back care maintenance.
